We recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic is an ongoing issue, especially for the medically vulnerable. We also believe that holding this event in-person is vital for the sharing of C. diff advocacy and education strategies, as well as growing and strengthening the movement to end harm by C. diff and antimicrobial resistance.

We are optimistic that the event will proceed as scheduled, but should another variant or surge pose a threat to the health of attendees we will adjust our plans as needed.

We will take as many precautions to limit the spread of COVID as necessary, including (but not limited to) requiring the use of face masks and implementation of social distancing. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend.

Financial sponsorship of the Summit is key to producing it. Sponsorships range from $1,000-$15,000 and include an array of benefits and recognition, including sponsoring a roundtable or breakout session, exhibit space, recognition in press and marketing materials and much more. We are growing and nurturing a nationwide movement to end the harm caused by C. difficile infections. Our Advocates Council are the leading edge of that movement. Supported by PLF, Advocates engage in a wide range of activities to educate the public, support and empower CDI sufferers and caregivers, lobby for CDI-related laws and regulations at the state and federal level, and help build a powerful and sustainable movement.
